Refill Enquiry

Please read the following thoroughly and use the form below if you are looking to purchase refilled cartridges and we will be in touch.

Please note due to current circumstances this will be strictly Click & Collect where payment will be online (you will be sent an online invoice) and be notified of a time to collect.

We require your empty cartridges at the time of collection.

We cannot refill your actual cartridges currently so they will be exchanged for ready filled and tested cartridges.

Please note not all cartridges are refillable.

If your cartridge is a "HP Instant Ink" see picture below, then we will be unable to refill or exchange this you will be required to buy a brand new or compatible alternative where possible.

Please examine your cartridge beforehand as attempts to exchange with non refillable cartridges will result in order cancellation and unnecessary hassle with the click and collect process.
